Character #1: Bugs Bunny
for each character write a brief paragraph explaining what impact this fictional chracter has had on our culture. Why is this character so fascinating? Important? Misunderstood? Understood?
Bugs Bunny, He exploded into out american culture during WWII and is known for his tricky smirk. HE has changed our culture by his ever-loving personalities, The bully, the hight culturedness of himself and the nice guy. How all of them interpol into one another. He defies authority, he goes against the rules, and he doesn't want to do anything he doesn't feel like doing. He can quote shakespere and tell you where there's a barroom in brooklyn.

Character #2: Barbie
The impact of Barbie had affected every generation that it has come across, Barbie has been the center of discussions since she hit store shelves, and is still being talked about. PEople see whatever they want to see in barbie, and most of the time she is stereo typed. No one wants to be a stereo type of anything, but thats what she is... Little girls all over the country, even all over the world admire and play with barbies. No little girl has ever stereo typed barbie, all they want to do is play with her, dress her up and make her stylish, everyone has their own way of playing barbies, from playing house, to going on dates with ken. Controversy hgas followed her ever since she was made. From the sixe of her breasts to the size of her waist, it has all been talked about.

Once you have done that, think about characters you have met in books, seen in movies or plays, or watched on TV. Pick one that is of particular interest to you.
I think Susan Kaysen from Girl; Interrupted has affected me because I have been in simalar situations, have followed someone who was suposed to be my friend, and who led me astray of what i wanted to do with my life. I'm not crazy, just parts of my life were harder than others to deal with "normally". And if you don't know what I'm talking about, then don't bother reading this part becasue it will make no sense to you.
